add an option to turn off target based gyro / target based ship steering

target based gyro control sucks and i want a setting to turn it off - target based gyro is so bad i haven't played the game much even after we FINALLY got rebindable keys. i have left a negative review of the game and it will stay negative until this is fixed.
also the auto mode of the flashlight is a terrible idea - having to hit the key twice for the flashlight to stay in the state the player wants is bad game design so there should be a setting to remove that mode.
