Rotor Speed should accept lower values in SE2. Currenlty minimum value is 0.01RPM.

Basically title. Default Sun (Almagest) rotation is 2.67 hours. Or 160 minutes. For a rotor match the sun rotation (and basically follow the sun with solar panels) , you need a RPM of 1/160, or 0.00625. When you input this value into rotors, they round up to 0.01 rpm. So in just one day/night cycle your rotor is already misaligned with the sun.
