Strong lags from global light when the Sun comes out from behind the planet.

I've finally figured out the cause of the game's severe lags. It turns out that when the Sun emerges from behind the planet, the CPU becomes overloaded with global light/shadow physics. In other words, as long as the Sun remains behind the planet and all nearby objects remain in the planet's shadow, the game runs smoothly. However, as soon as the Sun emerges from behind the planet and begins to illuminate nearby objects, severe lags occur. The entire world, except for various animations, becomes frozen, but the game maintains a stable FPS. In fact, the load on the physics increases significantly, up to 100% on all 8 CPU cores, while my NV-GF-1080ti GPU continues to run smoothly. I suspect that PhysX is not working properly or is disabled, as I have a separate NV-GF-GT-1030 GPU dedicated to it. For example, in massive battles with Xenon in the game X4:Foundation, the game runs smoothly.

Please solve the problem, as the daytime in the game slows down by 5-10 times...
