Bring back stone and ingots

I think most people just want the classic space engineers survival on the new engine. By that I mean we want stone and ingots. We want our little starter pod only capable of refining stone and producing the bare minimum to get the next tier of production. Welding a block together with just raw materials (I.e backpack crafting) seems way too si-fi. To sum it up I want to get stone from terrain voxels and use a survival kit or some kind of early game refinery to refine them into basic ingots and components. I dont like being able to craft blocks from my backpack. I like the idea of late game refining and assembling being a multi block process but I'd like to see ingots be added into that.
