Custom Build Groups

I really would like to see keen add the ability to manually create custom building block groups in the build menu by simply dragging the block icon into either another block icon creating a block icon with a + (essentially the same grouping method that's already implemented) or a custom folder that we can make. a way to change the icons would be sick as well.
this should be said too! -this would also need to be implemented in a way to allow blocks added by mods to just simply function the same as vanilla blocks in this regard (passively) please don't leave it to modders to have to integrate this individually.
