Keybinding to separate Next / Previous toolbar. Not only one that need Scrollwheel

Most of current game mouses have more than 2 buttons.
I would like to use my 4th and 5th (buttons at the side of a mouse) for switching toolbars
But i can only keybind one of this button to generalised switch panel.
I like this feedback
