Player Movement Improvements

In modern games it's pretty standard to have a small amount of inertia for player movement. Without it movement looks and feels jerky and bad. Normal ground movement and jet-pack rolling should have a short window of building up speed when you first press the key, then a slower roll-off of speed after releasing the key. This isn't difficult to implement and adds a lot to the feel of the game.
