Hello Engineers,

first of all I want to say that I am really impressed with the direction Space Engineers 2 is taking.

Seeing water implemented in such an impressive and believable way is absolutely amazing and opens up many new possibilities for gameplay and immersion.

Because of this, I would like to share a few ideas and suggestions that I believe could add even more depth, realism and creative freedom to the game.

One idea would be the introduction of crude oil or petroleum resources in the ground, especially on planets.

From a logical and gameplay perspective this could create an entirely new production chain and industrial progression.

Players could build drilling facilities, refineries and fuel production systems, which would greatly expand the engineering and economic aspects of the game.

Now that water vehicles and ships are becoming possible, I think it would also be fantastic if air density and aerodynamics could play a more noticeable role.

This could allow players to design true aerodynamic aircraft, using wings, jet engines or propellers in a meaningful way.

Such a system would add a new engineering challenge and make atmospheric flight feel very different from space flight.

Another feature that would be extremely interesting would be the ability to build tracked vehicles.

In addition to wheels, tracks could enable the creation of tanks, heavy transport platforms and exploration vehicles capable of handling rough terrain in a more realistic way.

Finally, I would love to see more advanced missile and rocket systems.

The possibility to build custom rockets with different warhead types and integrate modular missile systems into ships would add a new strategic layer to combat and ship design.

This could include guided missiles, heavy torpedoes or specialized payloads depending on the player’s engineering choices.

In my opinion, all of these features would significantly increase immersion, creativity and long-term gameplay depth.

Thank you for your work and dedication to this amazing game.
