Identify blocks in the toolbar

The toolbar is being filled with more default blocks. Players need to identify the blocks they are selecting in the toolbar while in the build menu. A description of a block or blueprint pops up when you mouse over it in the build menu. Could the mouse-over feature be extended to the toolbar while in the build menu?
