As for your issue:

Update your GPU drivers: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
Delete the AppData folder from here (Please note that this will delete all save files and local blueprints so I'd recommend to backup those first): C:\Users\(your_username)\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers2
Verify your Game files on Steam
