Rolling/Sliding door
We should have a way to create a large door that rides on tracks and slides open and closed using powered rollers or wheels, like a real-life hangar door with segments. Each door segment could be like 2.5x2.5x0.5 or just 2.5 square and flat like an interior wall, maybe with a 5 square meter option. Basically, each door segment would have to have a separate door track, built underneath it to make the size of the door customizable. Also, probably another track/guide on top. Or, instead of rollers, each segment could have hydraulic or pneumatic actuators that push on the other segments. Or screw jack actuators. Idk but hangar doors would be really cool. They would enable us to have actual hangars for ship manufacturing facilities, or just ship parking, on or off planet. In the attached photo you can see each segment rides in a track, the inner ones push/pull on the outer ones when opening/closing. Obviously, they would not be suitable for pressurization when that gets added.
