Exit Cockpit Location Selector

When exiting a seat or cockpit, you should have the option of *where* you are exiting to. Even entering from a platform, flying off, then returning/docking in the same position, you aren't guaranteed to exit to the same location, which can lead to silly deaths and the need to create much larger landing surfaces than are necessary for smaller ship builds.
Should add just a simple selector/pointer icon on the ground tied to mouse movement while holding F (or the "Exit Cockpit" hotkey, when customizable controls releases), to be able to "aim" where we exit from the cockpit to.
