One side of large cargo wont connect

The 7.5m cargo container will not connect on one side, the side with all the text. all other ports connect fine. I can grab things out of the port but if i place a connecter or cargo container there, it will only show the things outside the 7.5m cargo container. That side just wont connect.
I have the same bug Access denied
