Hi devs,

Raw feedback on my first play-through. Do with it as you will.

- Missing artificial horizon. Makes testing and new player experience poor.

- H key to expand waypoint clusters is missing in keybinds

- H key waypoint toggle needs a third mode: hide waypoints

- 7.5m cargo component only works proper on the sides with a control panel. Side connectors don't work.

- Targeting projections to grind or weld can be problematic.

- Sync issues with 2 moving grids. Was floating at low speed with an Unknown Signal generated ship... and often you would suddenly be

unable to weld/grind/interact with the other ship.

- Sync issues with single moving grid. Regardless of speed, the game sometimes desyncs and welding/accessing stops working randomly, then works,

then stops

- When standing on angled surfaces, player will float/slide at different speeds depending on the angle. It doesn't seem natural at all.

- There is an issue with truss blocks: the don't connect on all 6 faces even the frame indicates there is a connection

- There needs to be a scenario "Planetary System" scenario with a starting point surface side on Verdure(luckily there is a mod for it)

- There appears to be no value to going planet-side as all raw materials can be found in space.

- The gravity generator pulls max energy regardless of range

- Aiming ship direction when in third person ship camera mode is extremely janky when the ship is large and carrying cargo

- If you go AFK and die... you keep endlessly dying and dropping back packs. Single player deaths should "pause" the game in some way.

- In Creative saves, if you enter atmosphere with insufficient thrusters you lose the ship. There is no way to "disable gravity" or make ships invulnerable

to catastrophic impacts.

- Selecting elements of a group and clicking Ungroup does not ungroup them, nor does it form a new group. The whole group has to be undone.

- Game could really do with elevators; makes multi-deck ships more believable.

I second everything in here. Planets are, as they are now, are just beautiful but really undesirable to progress. See more in my take on Planet/Space progression feedback.

Yes, your feedback is excellent too. I figured the Refinery not producing ingots, but parts, was temporary development short-cut... it just doesn't make sense for a refinery to be producing finished products.
