Different speeds for space and planet

I would like to propose implementing a dynamic speed limit for ships based on their location. Currently, ships maintain the same maximum speed whether they are in the atmosphere or in space. I suggest differentiating the speed limits: maximum speed in space (where there are no atmospheric constraints) and significantly reduced speed within planetary atmospheres (due to air resistance and physical limitations). This change would make gameplay more realistic and help eliminate severe lags that currently occur when ships move at high speeds within planetary environments.
