It will use a little over half of your backpack space.
Tier 1 has one use, Tier 2 has two uses
It only lasts for 5 seconds per use.
It is only available from station contracts.
Failure to complete the contract in time will automatically deactivate an unused the cloaking device.
For those 5 seconds you are undetectable.
