Selectable Target Cargo In Inventory

Please let me select the Cargo container that I want items to go into when I double-click in the source container. Right now it always tries to go into the top-most container. Like in SE1, I want to select the destination container so that it's highlighted and then double-click the source container and have the item go directly into my selected destination container.
