Massive, routine desync in single player making it unplayable for anyone else?

I dont know if this comes from my AMD GPU, as I read through the other posts and it seems there's a known issue, but after 10 whole hours, the game is basically unplayable.

Game freezing when entering atmosphere.

Game doesn't recognize i'm trying to build something, so there's random items on my ship I cant build anymore.

Game freezing when getting inventory from my ship and it's flashing and moving items like it's calculating something multiple times per second.

So i cant go into planets consistently, cant build things sometimes, and cant access my inventory on my ship without accessing the exact container the items are in.

It's basically got the stability of SE1, in multiplayer, when building a mega ship and the various clients cant agree on how much it's drifted in space and i'm super bummed about that.

I'm no game dev, but I really thought the whole point of a new engine for SE2 was to make things stable and then rebuild the game around it and I guess i'm disappointing to see the exact reasons all my SE1 games died out, be so excessive in single player already.
