Show which new blocks where unlocked when completing a contract

For the satisfaction of seeing the accomplishment, but also informative due to the difficulty in finding what new blocks became available once a contract is completed.
Ideas:
- Maybe give the new blocks a small icon in the UI showing if its newly added/available block,
- Maybe give a quick rundown or a popup window with the new available blocks and a description about them, that can be easily closed.
