Contract Objectives Not Progressing

After completing Objective 2 and moving the item into my inventory the game registered the move but did not progress to the next objective.

The contract was not showing the 8 wire requirement for this contract.
My contract was to manufacture 12 hard duty plates and put them into inventory. Inventory was full, so at firs I took 4 from assembler, then took remaining 8 and progress stopped. I wasn't able to complete the contract.
