Remove The Redundant Power Cell

The power cell (used for small batteries) is the same size as the power module (used for medium, large batteries), but holds 20x less power for some reason. It also looks the same, which is confusing.
I'd suggest removing the power cell, and making the small battery non-swappable. It's such a small amount of power anyway, not very useful to swap.
