After repairing the atmospheric ship at the very start of the game, I made a GPS marker before flying away. The next step in the "Welcome To Verdure" arc was to explore an outpost. The distance was not very large, around 8 km from memory. After landing I looked at the map again, and the distance to my first marker was around 19km (again from memory). Something close to ten kilometers got lost there.

This time well documented with screen shots. It is also not the only oddity this time around. There is a mysteriously completed sector and a ship that got teleported.
Sadly, no. I only noticed after the fact. But that is not the only case where I had "wandering" markers. Here is another, recent case:

Hello Rabiator,
Do you happen to have a video recording or an image of this issue? Or could please attach your save file so I could take a closer look at it?
The distance from the Escape Pod to the Hydrogen Testing outpost should be approx. 5 km.
Kind Regards,
Bartosz
