The grass went all the way down to rock when I was mining I'm hoping later when we break the ground it doesn't do that like a dirt texture whenever you break the ground

Yes, this is annoying. I want to see what Im mining. Having the hole be covered in dense grass for the first two meters is annoying.
Just have drills replace nearby grass with dirt when you mine.
