Audio running fast...Sounds like Chipmunks

The opening cut scene audio is running a warp speed but the video is normal.

This means that I can't hear anything in the opening.

I have tried reinstalling the game, moving the game save location, and verifying the files,

None changes the issue. I've attached a recording

edit : was in 0.21 now in 0.26 : don't know if resolved
