Yep bought this game on pre release at the start of Jan 2025. been 1 year now and still no support for an intel arc A750. Which is crazy seeing the minimum specs is a 1660 super which according to benchmarks the A750 is 40% to 60% better than. They should have at least a warning saying no Intel Arc support at this time so at least people can make informed decisions.

Strangely enough i am able to play on my Arc B580, but the performance in comparison to the nvidia counterpart is definitely subpar, some better support for intel cards (& xESS upscaling) would be amazing

Just plug and play, no tinkering was required (win 10)

I think it will be at least a year or 10 before the devs take us seriously, I made a comprehensive ticket to Steam that I feel scammed by the developers.

I used to be able to play it on my Arc B580 and i had 30h in the game.. after recent updates my game crashes even on lowest settings... this is bad! Its a shame they ignore Arc users.

Same! It keeps crashing everytime I load into a world. The only way I found that would get me to load in was to lower the resolution, and then go back to my resolution of 1920x1800. It's ridiculous! I even tried flagging this to them and either they did not understand what I was saying or were absolutely clueless because they blamed it on overclocking, as if overclocking has been an integral part of PC for the past 20 years and the fact that it's an Intel card. It baffles my mind that they aren't even trying to fix the issues after a year and half into this games life. Now some part may be on Intel, but I would think that Intel would want to fix it on their end. That is what leads me to believe it is on Keen, and given their apathy towards us, I don't see it changing.
