Steam Action Sets - easy win to enable the Controller, Gamepad, Hotas

Gamepad support will happen probably in years time, it requires lots of work in game, UI, design. In the meantime, please implement Steam Action Sets to automatically switch keybind layouts in Steam for these different activities:
- On Foot
- In cockpit
- In Menus
- While building/placing a block
That will enable Steam to detect what we are doing, enabling us players to mapping virtually any controller right now. This is an easy feature to implement and you’ll get a lot of players who prefer their sofa, or steam deck, or otherwise can’t use mouse and keyboard.
Currently there is a number of active feature suggestions which can be easily mitigated by this too (until proper support).
