Rotors need an overhaul to be compatible with event controllers.

The rotors switch between positive and negative numbers when going past 0 degrees, and this changes the ability of an event controller to detect them at the correct angle if it moves past this point, because it triggers the moment the value flips. Rotating between -20 and 20 degrees alternately is a nightmare.
Admittedly coming up with a solution is just as challenging, but perhaps limiting the angle to positive numbers only will at least help them behave predicatably?
Also please, please, *pleeeease* (with a cherry on top) can we have vanilla 3x3 small grid pistons soon?
