Random encounters - repair limping ship

Encounter limping ships or vehicles damaged from battle with the option to help repair the vehicle for a reward. Could also be used as bait by enemy factions (random chance). Further to this, the enemy could sometimes turn up and you have a choice to help defend or leave them to it.
