Thruster Thrust (and cost) Directly Proportional to Volume

A 2.5m Hydrogen Thruster has a volume of 1,000 GU^3 (Grid Units), and a 2m Hydrogen Thruster has a volume of 288 GU^3. On this test rig setup, I have four 2m (1,152 GU^3) forward thrusters, and one 2.5m (1,000 GU^3) reverse thruster. When I set all their overrides to 100%, the single 2.5m thruster overpowers the four 2m thrusters even though they have greater total volume. In order to be able to comfortably build ships with differently-sized thrusters, I request that all characteristics (thrust/weight/material-cost) for thrusters of a given type (hydrogen/ion/atmospheric/water) scale linearly with their bounding cuboid's volume.

(On an unrelated note, it seems that once you set an override on a thruster, it can't be used for inertial dampening, even after the override is turned off.)
