(Suggestion) ice planet with underground oceans and water caves

HEAR ME OUT!!!
Add i planet that is entierly coverd with ice, but when you dig deep enough you find gigant underground oceans that are big voids filled with water these voids should be connectet with a gigant cave system, also you could add life to the underground oceans like plants or maybe big creatures... also it would be cool if it was mostly dark in these underground waters with low(maybe glowing plants) to none light
