'Your it' - target designator

A designator targetting system via a beam/pointer that can highlight any block that it points at.
Once the target has been selected it will be shared with allies.
You and you allies can select up to 5 targets that will appear as a highlighted/emissive blocks on you enemies vessels for each other to see.
Your AI turret weaponry can use this use this as a targeting option.
