SE2 Logic Update

This post is mainly for when logic gets implemented, with that said here are my sugestions for logic improvements for se2:
A number with only " ) " is a feature I really want, a number with " )) " is something that would just be cool to me and probably no one else.
And a number with a " .5 " is just a continuation of the previous suggestion
1) Logic blocks in the 25cm³ size
2) Basic logic gates ( And, Or, Not, If, ect...)
3) Multiple logic blocks in 1 ( Expl: 5 different timers that are independant, in 1 block and all the Ai blocks in SE1 in just 1 block)
3.5)) ( Tiered logic blocks: T1 Timer = 1 delay, T2 Timer = 3 delays etc... up to T4 Timers = 10 delays possible at the same time. With each one being more expensive/ locked behind some progresion)
4) Trigger "x" toolbar ( So it would be "trigger toolbar number 7")
5) Detect player emotes ( With sensor or some other block. Also add the abillity to differantiate different emotes from one another. And you can set "x" Nr. of different emotes to do different actions. This could be put into the Event controler with a dropdown list.)
6) More Event controler events ( Like: distance to/from a player/waypoint or the ground, current or target grid speed, etc...)
6.1) This would also be very helpfull if it was also done in SE1
7) A max usable thrust % slider and toggle ( So yu can only use 10% of all avalable thrust power frome those thrusters)
8) More "set "x" to "y"" toggles ( Like: current piston distance/power/velocity, tmer delays, sensor ranges, etc...)
8.1) This would also be very helpfull if it was also done in SE1
9) Local waypoints ( Where you can set: beacons/antenas/grids as references and even players themselves)
10)) ( Logic blocks need electricity. And add electricwity wires/conveyors)
10.5)) ( Higher tier blocks need more power/ bigger cable connections)
11) Make chat messages "readable" by blocks, that can then trigger actions ( Put it in the Event controler, or add a new block just for it)
11.5) Add a way to "place" chat messages onto the toolbar, like with blueprints
12) Add "Tags" to blocks ( The way Nimbatus does it)
13) Action relays having seperate actions for each channel ( For exmp: channel 1 has "turn on light 1", channel 2 has "turn off thruster 5" and channel 26 has "toggle piston 3 extend/retract". And all of these actions do not get removed automatically when the channel on the action relay is changed)
13.1) This would also be very helpfull if it was also done in SE1
14) Add 1 way detachable "merge" blocks ( These "merge" blocks can detach ANY block on 1 of their faces)
