Partnering with Server Providers

It would be nice if you guys could partner with third party server providers like Apex Hosting to make it easier for us to have our own servers if possible.
I am not sure how others make there own SE servers but it's not supported on Apex Hosting. What will we eventually have to do to have our own server for SE2?
