Op-Amp Style Ratio Translation - A:B

A mean to adjust a value X by a set ratio A:B to adjust the value Y
This could be a block or part function of a block.
The ratio could be set by A:B or could be a magnitude value setting as well.
This would be useful with hinges, rotors and pistons, where a given movement in a block requires movement in another block that can be other than 1:1
There will be problems with ranges, but nothing much that could not be over come.
