Long range search mission for missing colony ships

Mission to investigate the disappearance of several colony ships that were lost near to the end of the migration to the Almagest system.
The objectives are as follows:
1. Locate the vessel
2. Determine its current state and reason for failure to arrive.
3. Recover any colonists in stasis.
4. Recover cargos destined for colony construction.
5. Arrange for salvage assets to be towed and area cleaned of colony presence.
Mission notes:
Any part of the mission may be put on hold if there is an overwhelming threat.
If colonists are found out of stasis alert command immediately and contact when clarity on the situation is determined.
