Dual directional propeller thrusters

We had flat atmospheric thrusters in SE1, but it would make sense to have them go in two directions (one direction at a time), which may work for water and air transport. It could even push or slow down non-static grids, items and engineers while in atmosphere and/or in pressurized rooms. Maybe even spray water, cool off rooms, increase or decrease oxygen if placed inbetween rooms, and cause damage when hitting the blades.
Mainly to push and pull with a force that affects water, grids, items, engineers, and air.
If possible, also be used to power grids like a turbine.
