Partial copying - start block + end block - for big copies

I know that someone has asked for this before.
I am trying to partial copy a large volume of grid in excess of 60m long of 2.5m cubes, it is a lot of mouse wheel.
I did see a previous post suggesting to be able to pick an end point as well as a start point.
This would be far less frustrating.
I do like the precision mode, but having an additional end point block select would be really helpful in sizing the copy volume.
