Customizable Loading Screens

For people who have themed games and want they're worlds or servers to feel more unique customizable loading screens could be a fun lil addition.
EX: Someone is running a Star Trek themed server (with the eventual mods that'll no doubt come when further game updates come along) as you load in no longer do you see the default game load background but an appropriate themed space station, ship, battle exc from ingame screenshots.
