(Ctrl and Shift) Button Toggle

Having the ability to set buttons to be a toggle, or at the very least Ctrl (Rotate block) and Shift (Sprint) be a toggle would be a helpful accessibility feature for those who have difficulty pressing those keys while keeping their hand on WASD
