Having a cave system in the game would be really cool as it could provide variety to the game.
Caves would give player an incentive to make wheeled vehicles to explore underground and make bases or outposts for mining.
With the new water system you could add things like stalactites and stalagmites and just those three things could make some awsome caves with ores and maybe even lava?
