Vote System Issue

Not Enough Votes

This vote system fails new gameplay mechanics being emphasized. Here's why: Most people that play this game are builder gamers. The people who like space adventure or (pve) factions/warfare/trading are dismissed because they don't buy the game or make it to these forums as often. People like me who probably will never buy this game because you can find those gameplay mechanics and near the same level of building. (I know you have the barebones mechanics rn and you can do it PvP not PvE) I know someone will rage in the comments and have an issue with this in some way but re-read it and try to see the level of respect it took to get on here to voice this and how it shows I care to see this game be better. Chances are I won't be back as I'll be playing that knock off brand Empyrion, waiting for this game to do it better.

I'm not sure if I'm typical player or not but I love building ships and I'll do little roleplaying same time when building rooms for my crew and leisure areas etc. I like adventuring and exploring and PVE. Survival is ok. I hate PVP. I like single playing games. Coop is sometimes ok.

... Does this contain a suggestion I'm missing? Or is it just a complaint that they don't think people get enough PvE?

Freedom, adventure, exploration, encounters, puzzles, mystery, design, engineering, challenge, adversity, and realising a vision make SE a great game. Building is a big part of it, but is nothing without everything else. Factions, trading, and character NPCs need much more development. Informatics, telemetry systems, space media broadcasts, trading and finance systems, could bring more to the game, but would need not to overwhelm.

I do not think that the voting really matters that much as Keen would not let a good idea go to waste, if they have the time and process power to use it.
