RX 9070 In high and extreme crashes

The game will crater after 2 minutes if I play on high or extreme. I have an AMD Radeon RX 9070 graphics card and it happens in version VRAGE3 V1.1.200.3843. If I play on low this does not happen
The error consists of setting the 2 screens to black while beeps sound in the background.
