Blueprints tab Local and workshop Filter

The blueprints tab needs to have a way to filter between the workshop and local blueprints. When I open it I don't always want to have to see my subscribed workshop blueprints I just want to see my locally saved ones. This feature would make it a lot easier to search through blueprints and it is a feature SE 1 has. If it is default is set to Local blueprints this would also allow the blueprint menu to load quicker.
