Mirrored Asymmetric Functional Blocks

Problem: Mirror mode isn't currently compatible with Asymmetric blocks (especially functional ones)
Proposal: Add Mirrored Variants of various Asymmetric Functional Blocks. thus allowing for compatibility with mirror mode; as well as, more flexibility for designing ships and bases.
