Luck as a rechargeable resource

I am only having fun with this, but would like to know if players would think it was good or bad in an engineering game


Luck could be accumulated by good deeds and staying alive.

Luck would impose Murphy's law on your enemies and plot armour on you.

Using Luck will deplete its charge.

Luck would be an ideal replacement for a world without Clang, but could be applied to things that Clang has never touched. It could jam weapons or save an engineer from certain death, it could work the odd miracle, but not too often.
