Allow symmetry planes to be set on .25m grid lines.

I run into an issue sometimes where I can't really get a symmetry plane to be where I want it because the length of the block I'm trying to center on has an even .25m grid length. It would be immensely helpful if, in addition to centering on .25 grids, the symmetry planes could be set on the .25m grid lines themselves.
Oddly, I've found a workaround where, if I temporarily add a .5m block to the middle of the block I want the plane to be centered on, then I can set the plane to the center of that block (on the .25m grid line). Would be fantastic if we didn't have to do that.
