Maneuvering Thrusters

It would be great if players could have a maneuvering thruster block that has thruster nozzles oriented in all directions for use with ships large or small. This would save a lot of time building lots of thrusters in all directions. Maneuvering thrusters should not look the same as main engines, they should just use a propellant to adjust the ships attitude and then turn off... not burn non-stop.
