Build mode block color/opaqueness and grid

The gray block color, gray opaque selected block and the bright yellow grid overlay make it very difficult to see the blocks I am trying to place. Tone down the yellow grid overlay and make the selected block to be placed a higher contrast from the gray of the default blocks that have already been placed. Make the yellow grid a toggle.
Building in the middle of space is near impossible to see what you are doing.
Apologies if this has been suggested already, but I did not find another similar topic with the search function.
