A mode that adds a food, thirst, and sanity meters to the game. Food for hunger, thirst for water, and for sanity add-like mini games. pinball or anything that will entertain you while you're on your long trip through the The Emptiness of space or enduring harsh challenges on the planets. You know something extra to do so you don't have to wait long for things to craft up for people to arrive or you getting somewhere listen to music on a jukebox.

it was a request in SE1, plenty of mods do exists for that. It would be nice to get this integrated in SE2. it would make a lot of sense. I mean, we'll have "liquid" water on planets. I agree to this. Not sure on sanity but food and thirst, yes.

I think sanity would make a whole bunch of horror adventure maps. As your sanity goes down you'll start to hallucinate Waypoint start appearing on your HUD Phantom ships would appear out of nowhere but here's the thing they do nothing to you they don't hurt you you don't mind them for resources their hallucinations they're not there. An I'm referring to asthenization is a potential psychological issue affecting astronauts during long-duration missions.

I just thought of this. You can restore the sanity meter by taking a shower going to the bathroom or going to sleep. Using the bathroom could give you fertilizer and fertilizer water. Fertilizer water can be used to fertilize the grow beds. The fertilizer can be use to craft grow beds which allows you to grow more food. Taking a shower will only give you fertilizer water but not very much fertilized water. An you must have a sealed environment or be on a atmospheric planet that has breathable atmosphere to do all this stuff. When I saw the toilets the shower and the beds in se1 that weren't usable I got a little annoyed so now these things would have a great opportunity to be used.

Well in that case, realistic building would be also a need, so you need to support span proper
