Support System / Default for recieving Mails

Hey there,
it would be awesome if it would be either possible to check a box to stop recieving mails for this support system here at all OR to change the default, which is to send mails for every thread you ever replied to.
I get a mail for every reply here is made, which is kind of annoying.
I know there is a option to unsub threads each, but it would be more comfortable to just set it up profile wide.

Would also be good to have those notifications available when you open the website as well/instead so emails aren't the only way to keep up with subs you do want to follow.
